As the month-long spell of above average temperatures and prolonged dry weather continues into October, 21 year old RACHEL GORMAN,  a student at Aberystwyth university, enjoys herself diving into the flat calm Cardigan Bay waters.<br />

The weather is forecast to change considerably over the next 24-48 hours, with much colder conditions becoming widespread<br />
